If while attempting to record your webcam, you receive a "Permission Denied" error, it indicates that PixelMixer is blocked from accessing your camera.

To remedy the situation so you can continue recording, click the camera icon next to the address bar in the tab you wish to record and select "Always Allow":

Re-open the PixelMixer Recorder and you should now see your camera and microphone in the drop down list.
