You can edit user access permissions from the User Drawer on the right hand of the screen by clicking “Edit” (tap and hold on mobile devices).

Granting admin access will allow the user to access and delete any videos, channels or users so use it sparingly. Disabling login for a user will prevent the user logging in the account so they cannot access any videos, channels, or comments using their login id.
